I think it is something they have no control over, what people are left to do if there are wars in their countries led by imperialists? On the other hand, the imperialists bring attention to immigrants to make scapegoats out of them so people will blame the immigrants for collapse. Worked out pretty well for imperialists.

The same I think they are doing about blacks: kill unarmed people, bring attention to it and make them riot like animals and then blame them for economic problems.
