It is again a method of diversion. Like you know, if people generally do not like something ( and they don't like crowds of poor people from different cultures or freaky-dicky gays and so on) and somebody makes them accept it then later the blow up will be devastating. Like in Nazi Germany they will blame Muslims for all possible economic problems. Well, this is already happening to some degree in the US.
