I definitely get it as a problem that can't be approached by single nations alone, but with a global plan. As already it's very deeply dependant on the economical factor, and what is economy today? Global, more than you wish it to be... If one country tightens laws and rights for workers, firms just move to another.
You only get a base in tackling this if you get all countries in the world to join your cause.
