Car accidents I don't see being that drastically if you lead an average lifestyle, compared to drugs and hard drugs which increase the risk exponentially that sooner or later there's going to be trouble in life - either because you behave like an asshole or because you overdose in your wanting to reach an even more intensive state of highness.
Yes drug addicts are intentionally killing themselves and they don't give a thought about their relatives and even they are dying young in thousands anyway the destiny exists and man could drink only milk and die from a flu tomorrow...
Still think it's a question of probabilities. Milk giving you the flu so hard that you die - pretty small probability. Coke intake or heroin - the stuff's such a burden for your metabolism, there's a moderate probability that it only needs one time to kill you. And even if not, the moderate probability exists every time you do it again. Increasing each time because the stuff before starts to weaken your overall physical condition at a high rate.
