It's interesting that English has one widely used term for drugs and medicines, in Russian we are using the remedy kind of term and drugs which are not counting remedy but presumably counts as substances having the pleasure or hallucination effects. Our government is regulating hard the medicines market and it is really helpful for issues discussed.
