Yes, Russians politicians don't change much their talks too - they are telling about developing Russian economy for last decades without much changings while China has nearly got a leader of world economy, about the foreign policy our politicians are also telling one taught propaganda which suit everybody - USA and Western partners are to blame with everything - nothing to changes here too. Anyway Russia slowly is getting better as inside as outside so while be whining...? ;)
