Sowohl die Fahrbahn für Kraftfahrzeuge als auch die Eisenbahnlinie.

Our mass media tell this Crimea bridge terroristic act was ment to be made at Putin's birth day but the truck driver has got sleeping and cut off phone... I could imagine the terrorists frustration about fella...

Frankly, it wouldn't make me wonder if it truly was so.
Those who plan these terrorist attacks seem like harboring such a mind to seek "sending out special signals to Moscow".

Btw, your german ast terroristic activity looks strange to me... Who would anybody need to cut out the train radio lines!?... if it is not your intelegent servicies are asking for more financial help from your tax payers. Other from that is to mislead Europeans from the last American terroristic activity at Baltic but in this line fire at Irish gas station make all looks like a comedy...

As far as what is known here about it until now, it doesn't look like any radical political minority group which is just on the lookout for a little experience of success.
It's too targeted, avoiding larger material damage (only the cables were cut, nothing else was destroyed, e. g. nothing was burned or so) and requiring specific technical knowledge. - The radicalized political minority groups in the country here are all too dumb for actions like this.
Or, like the Daesh, they seek dead people, and there would be much easier methods to produce some corpses than this.

And the large distance between the two spots were the specific cables were cut is too large to point at some two frustrated employees of Deutsche Bahn or so who sought to take revenge on their (former) employer. (These often also have no idea about how the technology they use for work works in detail.)

So... thinking it through with logic, it all smells like "secret service". It would only be a question of "Which one was it?".

Who knows... But if it is not Americans or British then only Poland is left. Though this little excess could be a preparation for something big but of course you are right - it is much easier to explode all with trains coming as it was done for decades...
