About the shortage of skilled workers

A theory:
If they talk about "skilled worker shortage", (big) factories don't mean the term in the classical sense. According to the theoretical rules of the market, if they get fulfilled as the concept demands it, the payments for the workers in the affected branches must skyrocket exorbitantly - because the employer must be happy that someone does the job at all at his site. But the opposite is reality - even though socially as well as in small factories they register that potential apprentices and school-leavers come with way inadequate education and personally they're way too immature to fall in to work life.
"Shortage of skilled workers" you could call it therefore as the circumstance when an employer doesn't make it to convince five people to work for the payment of three. They would employ more workers if they didn't need to spend more money than before.
In certain sectors a shortage exists realistically, but nobody is willing to employ a few more people as soon as the positions of their predecessors have been left empty for a longer time.

'Cause... well, no need to tell, there is something fishy about the easy explanation patterns. The jobs aren't there, where should they come from if they outsource each and everything as soon as it gets to expensive for entrepreneurs? There's also a lot of creating bullshit-jobs with no real meaning out there - and these are in the statistics too.
I'm asking myself a lot "What jobs to cover?".
On the other hand, it is ALSO real that there are troubles getting to inspire a significant youngsters to grasp normal jobs. Especially it is a real trouble finding successors for certain crafts or middle- to low-sized firms.
Damn - even migration and its taking-in or initialization recently gets reasoned on and on with that alleged "shortage of skilled workers"!
So... how does all of this suit together?
Me being one of the intelligent good-for-nothing guys, I get to not do bashing against all young people - because I know to a certain extent what it means to be "them". To be born to a world that didn't wait for you to be born.
So, partly I can understand their reasons if they come to be not useful for anything. It can even happen to you if you don't really aim it.
By the way, a fact that is true is: Being young now equals to be in a world that makes none of the previous offerings - that your life will be better than those of your parents. Being young now means "to fight with other people over the remains left" - and, in that position, what does anybody expect? Not to get tired? Not to get desperate?
So the blame's not fully on them. Actually it's pretty stupid to let exploitation get forced upon you while you actually feel that it is such. That even disturbed me in my past life as being in that age.
So then... take a look at the circumstances they're being given. That even the adults are being given.
And there you go... Do even they work under the best conditions? No. And the youngsters subtlely register that too.
Additionally, one always needs to remind: Those terms you're given in the news, they're mostly the words of lobby groups and big profit interrest. So, what would be "a good worker" in their view?
Well, and then things start to make sense.
Why is there a cry for apprentices, but no skilled workers with diploma? It's because there are paid less than a full skilled worker and they're psychologically in the phase of life where young people try to prove themselves in the adult world. They're relatively willing to work under the worst conditions - and they also don't complain so soon because they have no experience about what they have to take and what not.
So - really easy explanation for why they've been sought so much for a while. Cheap worker who doesn't talk back, that's it.
Because the apprentices didn't come, probably they urged migration to exploit foreigners which don't know about their rights here.
Additionally, the migrants often are used to such bad working conditions, they really won't talk back - perhaps won't do so in fear over their status to be able to stay here.
