It definitely speaks completely against the usual mantra "all is okay here, we got no natural predators waiting for us, the wealth is never gonna end - you are an evil pessimist if you don't believe in this!". (I speak this mockingly, just for the record.)

Now you also hear a few things on top of that which even make you shake your head some more 'cause you think like "What the hell are they preparing for? That sounds like mission Barbarossa #2!"
You know, talking about reorganizing military conscription again in case of need of an emergency, putting the postal service again under state control to deliver conscription letters, talking about rationizing food through the military for the public, fetching people from the general public for jobs in the military, all by order of somebody if he sees the need, and even fetching the unemployed for duty work for the military or barracks services - all just in case of need, if somebody gives the order to.
And all that in connection with "oh, the situation of danger near the Eastern border of the EU has changed dramatically"... You know, who the hell are they trying to take for a fool? This a plan B for warfare. Nothing else.

Well, no matter what, now it's out, whoever was responsible for that, and everyone's puzzled by what it's supposed to be when it's finished - everyone who cares.

And that's the term to say it shortly these days.

Maybe some whistleblower, maybe someone inside the secret service complex who wanted to play a trick on somebody special? Who knows. It's all possible today.
