Over here it's mainly the East which suffers from lack of rain. As soon as rain rolls over Lower Saxony, it just empties itself there and barely makes it over the natural border that the Elbe river is. And from Poland rarely anything is to be to expected to come over... It doesn't look really good for the still upcoming months.
