Er, the plan had been in the making for longer, but that parts of it that had already been released at the last weekend, that circumstance allegedly was a leak. Well, maybe they also let the cat out of the bag completely now because the outcry already was on the way of rolling down the hill. And actually the plan was to introduce it much more from behind or to declare it officially at another point in time? Well, no matter what, now it's out, whoever was responsible for that, and everyone's puzzled by what it's supposed to be when it's finished - everyone who cares.
