Hm, I think for those individuals which overstretch it here, similar thing is valid. Those who do it don't have the best taste, and/or they're only good for the view, not for doing anything practically. If they were supposed to move even their little finger, they'd find themselves totally unable to do this in that outfit...
The right place and time for everything - I think that's a good attitude. Seriously. This is like "if I wanna show off to caress my ego and if I have the possibility to do so, then I'll do it" and if there's not the space to do it or you don't feel like it (personally or in that situation), then you simply cease that activity. Without thinking it's like, you know, "some's missing if I can't do it". I think that's a healthy attitude.
