Emanzipation of fighting

To link "going to war" with "dying for one’s country" is so much last century thinking...
You don’t need to get down onto such abstract emotional bullshit to find a reason to fight actively.
Better think of it as "I don’t care about the flag I go to war for, they gonna lie to me anyway - I fight so that me, my loved ones and my neighbor can go on living in peace".

That is what the idea of patriotism based on. Emotional attachment to some symbols like flag and anthem.
