So is it some mustard which is just... mustard, correct? I mean it is clear why the big monopolies produce some chemical composition of the cheapest elements with traces of natural food. Profit. And the western Germany has always had the private businesses that produced their junk to get profit instead of making a quality product. Even if they wanted the competition would cut them down with the cheaper stuff. But how do they produce it now? Maybe they just swapped the ingredients. I know it happened with lots of companies that started producing something resembling real food but then all of a sudden a big food monopoly buys the rights to produce it and sneakily change the ingredients leaving the original packaging.
