Well, yeah, looks like intention. In the end, Germany is not the only one to blame for the WWII or even better: looking at the big picture, the class of monopolistic capital is to blame, I think.

They've done the biggest cruelties by far what one knows today.
But who knows what cruelties still sleep in the drawers of all what has been kept secret until today? Cruelty is universal, not exclusively a German invention.
