Well, one is not better than another, plus imperialist wars are inevitable on this stage so unlucky Syria got in the middle of greedy capitalism machine.
It'll still be interesting what will be the judgment to this conflict in the further course of history. Also, to get to know what of all kinds of atrocities have been committed. Official statements already said that depleted uranium had been used in a couple of deployments, among all the other usages of chemical weaponry. Wouldn't wonder for if the US has also used cluster munition in the frame of their campaign, as they still haven't given their agreement to the international probition of it.
Not even mentioning the historic cites left in rubles. Meanwhile, Mesopotamia is considered a cradle of civilization. What a shame. All for greed. And it's unclear in general what will be left of the planet with capitalists devastating it. Even without war, I read Trump for instance deregulated dumping waste from coal production into rivers and such.
This is of all things also adds on top. So much of ancient treasures and buildings destroyed, in the name of an imperial war covered as "civil war" for the Western public, as well as in the name of "all this crap is sin, the history of the planet is different - so our preachers told!". For the Americans, nothing is a miracle in their behavior, as habits of rewriting history as it pleases the reigning class are like something they've got many experiences with. Already started with what the Mormon religion created as "history" as part of their church. Since the settlers from Europe arrived. So it's not like something that suits them well keeping all that stuff down there alive - since also the religious part of the US also wants to preserve their story of the world creation which says it's only about 5000 years old. Doesn't suit together with buildings of humans already as old as that or even older. Also, if you don't find the right buildings in the right places for that ideaology to confirm their information.
Agree. Speaking of Mormons, I read some guy broke away from them and opened something like wikileaks except it tells about corruption and abuse in Mormon church. Lots of pretty disturbing crap, let me tell you.
A breakaway from the Mormon church? Never heard anything of it, but sure there also exist some people over a large amount of time which want to get out of this. With that weird way of trying to rewrite world history as they do for their church since the beginning, you're nothing more than a sect - and sects never work for the interests of their believers, but for the wealth of their worldly administration.
Well, it is just one individual and no wonder you didn't hear about it because it is not in the interest of special interests, if you know what I mean.
It could have also been that someone of the American people over here might have had a talk about it 'cause it's an issue that also is of an interest to them as they've got to deal with that sect directly. But, no. Seems like it didn't catch anybody's attention, even here (where you sometimes get to hear about one or another stuff, even if you don't read news).
I don't know I myself saw it somewhere I don't quite remember where and after that never heard so I am not sure I will even find it again. Kind of obscure.
