Wer Führungspersönlichkeiten haben will, kann nicht unmündige Bälger heranziehen oder ewig nach der Devise arbeiten "Das geht euch nichts an! Macht, dass ihr wegkommt! Ihr habt hier nichts zu entscheiden! Das ist meine Aufgabe!".

Although nothing much of the tasks and the style of working together really changes by that.
