Wer Führungspersönlichkeiten haben will, kann nicht unmündige Bälger heranziehen oder ewig nach der Devise arbeiten "Das geht euch nichts an! Macht, dass ihr wegkommt! Ihr habt hier nichts zu entscheiden! Das ist meine Aufgabe!".


Who wants to have leading personalities can't raise spoiled brats or work for all eternity according to the motto "That's none of your business! Go, get lost! You got nothing to decide in here! That's my task to do!".

Well, in the corporate world I think they always call for the team work and I hate it as if you are so stupid and weak that you are not allowed to take responsibility. In capitalist world 'collective' is always despised and looked upon but at the same time making people behave like a herd is ok.

Right, I know this mantra of always putting emphasis on "the team". You need to be able to do teamwork, you need to get along with others (no matter what assholes they are) and fuck, if you're not able to deal with this, you're a loser and some strange idiot that needs to be fired. Can't make use of you then...

But on the other hand, if you try to understand your "team" as a collective, then it's already morally bad again for some reason.
Although nothing much of the tasks and the style of working together really changes by that.

Well, it is different style of collective. Exactly like a group of sheep. Instead of cooperation.

Different style - yes. But I'm not sure about what style that is...
Imagine, throw a lot of single big ego personalities together and tell them they ougth to work together on a pretty boring task. At least that's what it reminds me to...
