Yep, that's what I figure - practicing bomb/nuclear shelter is actually a pretty complicated matter and, in the case of all cases, in the end, you have to live like a hermit, you've got to generate everything for yourself, your water, your air to breathe - everything. Nothing from the outside must get in. That's your death verdict. And in that aspect, who really is able to reproduce this? Who has got that knowledge also how to do this? And in the end, it may also be a slow death anyway 'cause you ain't got supplies for a whole life down there. It's meaningless...
