Monotony (Always the same)

How can someone feel so satisfied for his life to deal with only one certain topic over and over again - and never get tired of it?
What's the mechanics behind this?
What's the mechanics behind this?

I sometimes even miss for those stupid time spending - no money but no worries too - I was witnessing when very expensive drugs for tens of thousands dollars were flush to toilet cause the salaries there were so ridiculous that there were working people without any education presumably.

Every day the same phrases, every day the same main topic to ramble about... And never anything changes about the content. About the message.
Every day the same message.
I can't get my head around how this can be so satisfying to repeat oneself over and over again... How this can be so satisying to aim for the cheer of the repetition of the same messages and phrases over and over again.
In particular, I find it boring. Unsatisfying in the intellectual meaning...

No matter where you go, it always seems like you poke your head in a hornets' nest... One place it's about this topic, in another one it's about that, but never these seem to integrate other aspects which don't have anything to do with their topic primarily.
And - never both clubs ally with each other, combining their separate recognitions from their respective sector.
Instead, what you get to hear is the same basic message, the same rambling about bullshit over and over again...
And everyone of these places thinks he's found the philosopher's stone for the problems discussed in its sector.
