Why don't you also come to Azerbaijan? Or - why don't you get Israel to join too? Then at least you would have all countries who can attend the Eurovision Song Contest in your collection.
If the next coup in Venezuela turns out to be successfull, also add them to your Monopoly collection, to have a little external colony.

Date: 31 May 2014 05:59 pm (UTC)It's been some time since I was there, and I haven't had a long talk with someone who came from there in quite a while. It may be different nowadays.
But my impression, back in the day, was that it produces people whose disastrous results from bullheaded decisions are invariably explained away as either sabotage from opponents, or having done too little of whatever course of action was proposed.
This was coupled with the absolute conviction that Jews are responsible for everything bad that happens to them.
As I say, the place and people may be different now.
