Yes, I saw it here in Russia in nineties when Russia has been artificially plunged into addiction of all the types — first youngsters are using weeds and then inevitably they start to use amphetamines to speed up their ruined brains and when they are under amphetamines they are slowing down with consuming huge amount of alcohol and guess what comes next? )) Really hard drugs like mephedrone, heroin, LSD and others… so, it is a matter of time. When youngster is starting to use on a regular basis any drug it will inevitably will ruin his life and the life of his relatives. And when authorities are letting that be it is clear glimpse that your authorities are working not for good for your country or for your society but for somebody else, interesting to kill as many as possible of your citizens, to steal as much as possible…
